Shipping & Delivery What shipping options do you offer? We make shipping simple and affordable for US customers:
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE (automatic on all orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)
Free shipping applies at checkout—no minimum required. Times are estimates and may vary due to your location, holidays, carrier schedules, or high demand.
How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. After shipping:
- Express: Arrives in 3-6 business days
- Standard/Free: Arrives in 7-14 business days
We ship to all 50 states from our US-based warehouse.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii. Remote areas might take a little longer.
What if my plush is delayed, damaged, or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll track it or fix it fast—replacement, refund, or store credit.
Products & Quality What are your stuffed animals made of? Our plush toys use high-quality, child-safe materials like super-soft polyester plush, hypoallergenic filling, and embroidered details (no small parts that could be choking hazards for young kids). All meet or exceed US safety standards (CPSIA/ASTM). Check each product page for exact specs.
Are your plush toys suitable for all ages? Most are perfect for ages 3+ (or labeled "0+" for newborns with no small parts). They’re great as comfort items for adults too! Always supervise young children during play.
How do I clean my stuffed animal? Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for most items. Many are surface-washable or machine-washable on gentle cycle (cold water, air dry flat). Avoid dryers to keep fluffiness intact—check the care tag on your plush.
Do you have collectible or limited-edition plush? Yes! We frequently add seasonal, themed, and limited-run plushies. Sign up for our newsletter to catch drops and restocks first.
Returns & Refunds What’s your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened plush in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless defective, damaged in shipping, or wrong item sent.
How do I start a return or exchange? Email support@ideventi.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We’ll send instructions and a return label if approved.
Orders & Payment What payment methods do you accept? Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through secure Shopify checkout.
Is checkout secure? Absolutely—Shopify uses top SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
